Marshall is well known for his charitable and civic involvement over his 26 years in Massillon. He has been President of The Massillon Board of Education, Massillon Rotary Club and Massillon Main Street. He has also proudly served on the Board of Directors for The Massillon Area Chamber of Commerce, Massillon Museum, Downtown Merchants Association and the Massillon Rotary Charitable Foundation.
